Time for one more go
16.01.09
70 minutes
Norwegian Theatre Academy in Fredrikstad, Norway
Made during a PAS workshop by BBB Johannes Deimling.
I enter the white space with seven pieces of charcoal in my mouth and a transparent plastic bag filled with milk in each hand. There is a hole in the bottom of each bag, so the milk drips out as I walk barefeet over the floor. I kneel down in front of the audience and make sure the bags do not touch the floor as I lean forward to put down the charcoal. Then I take one piece back into my mouth and walk to the wall. I stretch as far up as I can get and start using my mouth and the charcoal to draw short vertical lines on the wall.
1 – 2 – 3 – 4 and the 5th goes across. 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 and the 5th goes across. 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 and the 5th goes across. 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 and the 5th goes across. Like this I continue, line after line, until all the milk has dripped out of the bags or I have no more charcoal left.
